I am blessed with deep family roots in St. Augustine and the Greater Jacksonville area as a 3rd Generation Minorcan. My heritage, life, family and faith are who I am and how I operate. Most of my life has been spent outside and learning about the environment I live in, building genuine relationships and solving problems in this unique southern, hot terrain. Blessed to be apart of a large family, I started working early, at 15 I started knocking doors and started my 1 st company called MPR Home Maintenance and Landscaping while working in the lawn Industry. In 2003 my goals of college and the military came into the picture. For the next 10 years I was dedicated to getting my AA Degree at night while landscaping during the day from FSCJ and then transferring to University of Florida to complete R.O.T.C. and my undergraduate. I graduated college and Commissioning as an Officer on the same day and moved to Turkey for 18 months directly afterward. 22 countries and 6 years later I chose to end it and start a new chapter of my life.

I was blessed to serve with some great people as a USAF Military Officer & Afghanistan Veteran. I have infused those core experiences and values of being educated on the subject matters and always providing Hard Work, Service before self and Excellence in all we do. Over the past 2 decades I have faced real-life challenges or “opportunities” as we see them to help with a full spectrum of exterior issues in our unforgiven state of Florida. From your lawn care, to hedge Trimming to Stains on your driveway Our Florida Weather and Ecosystem are unforgiving and we attack it head on. We are local Professionals who aim to build relationships with our clients one job at a time. From the start, you will experience great communication and confirmation that expectation has been met with the job.

These experiences only enhanced my skills and understanding for people, and I continued to hone -working hard inside & out. I met my wife at the end of my military time while stationed in Alaska at an archery range and after a couple of bear hunts together I knew she was the one. I asked for her hand in marriage less than 6 months later and moved back to St. Augustine to get back to my roots.

After the military, I spent the last decade working in the roofing and construction industry. During these 7 years I worked for 2 successful Roofing and Construction companies, one GAF Master Elite, and the other Owens Corning Preferred Platinum Preferred. It was here where I help inspect, manage and provide solutions for 1000’s of projects in and around North East Florida. I have worked at every level of the business from Tech to Manager. This is where I honed my exterior skills on Asphalt shingles, custom metal and coating solutions. Trained by GAF Mater Elite and Owens Corning Preferred contractors, I have developed a unique set of skills to serve Homeowners while providing excellent customer service. Our goal is to educated you on your options and step back for to let you make the decision that is best for you and your personal circumstances. Your home is one of your most important assets.

I reside in St. Augustine with my beautiful wife Leah and our 4 children, Matthew, Abigail, Isabelle, and Issac - we are excited and expecting baby #5 towards the end of 2023. We are constantly learning new and betters’ ways to solve problems around your house and save you money.

We’re helping grow the “NextGen” of happy hard-working men and women who need a safe environment to grow Professionally in knowledge and experience. That right, we mentor our employees to be self-reliant, confident managers/leaders, most will have their own company in 3 years or less if they want it. want to financial freedom through building skills.
